You will only have to bring your own TV and chairs for the dining room table and a sofa. The kitchen is furnished with dishes. This is a secure building with a community room, fitness center, and a bike room. That’s it. The location is great! It’s next door to the Waterfront Metro, Safeway, CVS, and a couple of blocks from the Wharf, offering many dining options, music venues, and an array of shops. Nationals Park and Audi Stadium is only a few blocks away. This is a great community to live in and you probably will never leave unless you relocate. Come take a look!
